Some URLs are too long to display completely. The overflow part needs to be omitted and a Tooltip component added.

Prioritize displaying the API title. If there is no title, display the URL.

Move the custom error code area to the bottom for better display.

The host and URL path should be displayed by default in this area.

Change "tag" to "Application".

Display the application name and the date of the most recent modification.
