Placeholder image is missing in sql lab for new tabs

Bug description

When adding a new tab in sql lab, there used to be a placeholder image for results letting users know to run a query. That image is no longer there

How to reproduce the bug

1. Go to a workspace with superset 4.0
2. Click on SQL Lab
3. If there is a tab, already close the tab and create a new one
