Images docker are available for 4.0.2 or 4.1.1 but not for 4.1.0

the 4.1.0 image should be present

The Docker image for version 4.1.0 is not available because, starting with this release, the Docker image does not include the necessary drivers needed to operate Superset. Users are required to install drivers for their metadata database (MySQL or Postgres) and their data warehouse separately. This change is due to modifications in the lean Docker image that official releases are based on. For more details, you can refer to the Docker Build Presets [1].

There is a whole thread here: #30919. We ran into some issues so we bumped to 4.1.1 to fix the docker issue.
