I know zooming in category bar charts can be tricky. I saw this was discussed here and it is well documented here.
Now that zooming is possible, one thing that really feels off for me is the "Pan" feature, when zoomed in this kind of chart. My real feature request would be to make this work just like the datetime chart bars do, but if that is too crazy to do, I would have another proposition, that may improve the usability of the charts:
Instead of having the hand icon, for panning when zoomed in a category bar chart, could we have two simple "next" and "previous" icons for a "carousel-like" navigation/pagination? This could clarify much more the interaction in my opinion.
