Upgrade to the latest version of "io.apigee.rhino". This is different from the older "org.mozilla.rhino" in that it includes many compatibility fixes. They include:

  • Support for V8-style stack traces
  • Support for Error.captureStackTrace() and Error.prepareStackTrace()
  • Much more compatible implementation of Date
  • More compatible implementation of Error
  • More compatible implementation of String including trimLeft and trimRight
