Developer experience onboarding process

It has been discussed, and was brought up again by Chandra, that we want to use Apinf as a platform to encourage 'best practices for developer experience'. To this end, we could create an incentive system, similar to Linked in profile progress bar, that encourages API Owners to provide comprehensive information about their API, such as:

• title
• description
• documentation
• backlog
• etc

At each step of the way, the API Owner would see their progress towards a '100% developer experience score'.

This task is to serve as a discussion point and/or epic to track the work. Please add links to any related issues.

Once 100% is reached, they are called DX champions :) Gamification in general is something we should dig deeper
