Improve documentation of Branding REST API #3325

One of APInf REST APIs is an API for Branding site.
Functionality is OK, but slight improvements are needed:

over all parts of Swagger Documentation needs to be complemented
all internal references to 'settings' files needs to be replaced with references to 'branding' named files
