Comment regex filter suggest ion

I suggest just making a regex like https://github.com/Corsace/Corsace/blob/tournament-registration/Interfaces/comment.ts#L4 (but probably way more lax than this Lol) and have it check if the regex matches to bar them from being able to comment, and then just indefinitely comment ban anyone who tries evading it, and also put a note when their shit does match that if they do it then they get banned

not that the frequency currently is serious or anything but would probably be a better way of dealing with Certain Individuals so that 1. theres no plausible deniability, and 2. insufferable people are removed from their ability to be insufferable
