Update Codesandbox template

We ask people to use codesandbox templates for reproductions - we should update our existing template and/or provide instructions on how to set up a sandbox that's up to date.

Current template (from the sandbox homepage) is here: https://codesandbox.io/s/apollo-server-apollo-server and is owned by @peggyrayzis.

Our official template (the one accessible via their main "browse templates" section on the homepage) has been moved to the Apollo workspace in CodeSandbox and I've updated it, so I'm going to close this issue.

Will spin out another issue from this. After speaking with @glasser, it would be great to have a dedicated template repo. Benefits:

1. Typescript
2. Renovate
3. Clonable or CodeSandbox-able straight from git main.
