Update peer graphql version to allow ^0.12.0

npm WARN graphql-tag@2.6.0 requires a peer of graphql@^0.9.0 || ^0.10.0 || ^0.11.0 but none is installed. You must install peer dependencies yourself.

But I have installed GraphQL 0.12.3

Yep, that just came out a day ago, we will update very soon! The package should still work just fine though :]
