Transforms are not working for subscriptions #780

When adding a transform like WrapQuery for a subscription, it is not called.
When looking into the code, it also doesn't seem to be implemented https://github.com/apollographql/graphql-tools/blob/master/src/stitching/delegateToSchema.ts#L94

Is this on the near horizon?
