Needs to include the following:

Dev environment setup
Code update procedure (issue -> branch -> PR -> merge)
Deployment procedure
- App Center (Android and iOS)
- Code Push updates (staging and production, Android and iOS)
- Native app updates (versioning, building)
  - Google Play Developer Console
  - App Store Connect
