FCF Admin App/Staff Portal/Work Accomplishments - Grid

Currently this Grid is filtered so that it only shows accomplishments linked to the staff logged in. Is this an "equals" or "contains" filter? It seems that the entries that I add with multiple links are not included in this grid. That leads me to be believe it is "equals" exactly rather than "contains" or "includes".

Please let me know if this isn't clear. For many to many grids this will be very important.
