The "Top" view doesn't appear to be organized by the points on a story #33

When I look at the "top" view, a story with 8 points is above a story that has 9 points. Something is off there.

Unfortunately, it looks like this is a bigger issue than just the votes. It appears you can't sort by any of the criteria under "View". Maybe we can pair program through this one?

I don't think 'Top' means what we think it means. There is a 'Best' sort option the does this functionality (sort by most points first), so we'll have to look into what they mean by 'Top'.

Edit: perhaps this is the 'culprit' (from http://www.telesc.pe/docs/scoring/):
"Calculating popularity based on the time of individual votes would be ideal, but it would also be fairly complex. So instead, we’re using the time of item submission as a milestone.

So, to sum things up: getting votes makes an item more popular, and getting older makes it less popular..."
