When a PM adds himself as a Wipro Project Manager and ES roles, the default access to forums gets revoked. And a PM has to register on the challenge to access the forums.
This has been raised with support multiple times. And looks like its a feature which needs to be changed:
Hi Sanjay,
Please file a bug report in Direct for the same. Adding self as Wipro PM definitely skips adding the user in the moderator group for forum access. In the interim, you may use the workaround for registering self on the challenge to gain challenge access.
Thanks,Ritesh
We do need to add ourself as Wipro PM's and ES roles, so that our expert-services internal reports and billing information gets pulled correctly. So requesting team to fix this issue.
