User handles not related to Wipro are coming in the search result while adding client manager for TopGear projects

While adding a client manager to a TopGear project in direct portal, the search result is giving handles with gmail ids.

For example, if mihir.bhuniya to be added as client manager to a project, user searched with the word 'mihir' and got one result. But handle mihir.bhuniya was not there in the search result.

Please restrict the search result with only handles related to Wipro. And also, please check if all partially matching handles can be listed.

What is the use case for adding "Client Managers" in Direct?
