Cannot utime: Operation not permitted #162

I'm having the following problem when copying files.

The action will fail and will have a lot of files giving the following error:

Cannot utime: Operation not permitted
Cannot change mode to rwxr-xr-x: Operation not permitted

How to I resolve this?
