Description

Backgroundless zones need to have dotted line highlight during redistribution

Currently when distributing space of a section where zones are borderless it is not obvious what is happening to the zones.

proposed UX:(https://theappsmith.slack.com/archives/C025SE88KNE/p1715082075029419?thread_ts=1715000582.693129&cid=C025SE88KNE)

During the redistribution process the following on-canvas UI elements are visible:

  • Redistribution handle (yours truly, Admiral Obvious)
  • All backgroundless Zones in the Section:
    • in a dotted state of the selection
    • no name tags

During and after the redistribution is complete, the selection remains on the Section even if it was elsewhere.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Add 2+ zones to a section and turn off visual separation
  2. use drag indicators to alter space and notice the lack of highlight guidance
