This CVE has an NVSS score of 9.8, super critical

Aqua lists it as N/A: https://avd.aquasec.com/nvd/2023/cve-2023-38408/

Trivy is calling it "medium" (screenshot)

Any idea where the discrepancy is coming from?

Trivy currently uses Ubuntu priority as the vendor severity should be over NVD.

But we're discussing whether we should use Ubuntu priority as severity.
