Add Exoscale IAM Keys in secret Detection

Description

We use Exoscale and would like to scan for leaked IAM Keys in repositories.

The Key have the following characteristics:

Keys: ^EXO[a-f0-9]{24}$
Secrets:^[A-Za-z0-9-_]{43}$

The use case are very similar to AWS. I will make try to make a contribution.
