Description

In CycloneDX1.5 there are 2 options for metadata.tools field - https://cyclonedx.org/docs/1.5/json/#metadata_tools
But tools array is currently deprecated.
We need to migrate to component

cyclonedx-go has already updated this structure - https://github.com/CycloneDX/cyclonedx-go/releases/tag/v0.8.0
