We should prefix variables for long tests, deployment, verbose logging and so on with ARANGO_ or something similar and expand them (if they are not defined by us) in the makefiles / scripts to avoid naming conflicts in the user environment. DOCKERNAMESPACE is a good example of how it should be done.
