CEA installation with .exe reported error and failed #3642

Describe the bug
Installation interrupted by the error about RAM issue. After installation, file structure under documents/CityEnergyAnalyst looks very empty and the dashboard.lnk cannot find its original.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. download v3.37 .exe installer from github
  2. install developer version
  3. get the error report shown in the screenshot above.
  4. If disable developer version, the bug wouldn't appear.

Expected behaviour
developer version should work just fine, and should be able to connect to github after installation.

Hardware (please complete the following information):

  • OS and version: Windows 11 Home
  • Version of CEA you are using: v3.37.0

I think this issue is resolved...with a later version?

We remove developer's version in the wizard. @reyery
