please open an upstream issue, as CGO_ENABLED is set in the makefile. https://github.com/MetaCubeX/mihomo/blob/d78b2b1cfb2d302685478ec6fcb8932374b3223d/Makefile#L15

CGO_ENABLED is indeed set in the upstream makefile, but the upstream doesn't have the -linkmode external in -ldflags.

According to the error message, the extra parameters seem to be the cause

curious about what are those parameters for 🤔
