Energy Today is not incrementing with 3 lines PZEM setup if One PZEM is faulty #21968

I need weblog 4 data to see how the number of detected PZEMs deteriorate. What should happen is that if L3 fails communication within 30 seconds it is dropped from the poll loop and the other two should continue normally. Unless ofcourse the L3 PZEM screws up communication on your serial bus and all three PZEMs stop responding. |

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
I run for couple of years 3 lines PZEM setup without any previous issues. I use split per phase configuration for counters.
Recently last L3 PZEM started to experienced some HW instability , ie. gives wrong sine frequency or dont report any AC params at all temporarily. Not a problem, this is not critical setup, so I can wait to find time to replace this faulty module.
What is bigger problem, that when this last L3 PZEM is not working , also Energy Today L1 and L2 counters not incrementing. I am not sure if this is bug or feature, but I'd like to have counters behaving 100% independent for each phase , even if one PZEM has failure.

SCREENSHOTS
L3 has bad sine freq, which it is issue with PZEM
ADDITIONAL CONTEXT
Not important, but the higher temperature is in area where PZEM is installed, the more unstable 3rd PZEM is
