Berry math.min() and math.max()

Description:

Add math.min() and math.max(), from upstream berry-lang/berry#437

Both functions can take any number of arguments, but accept only int and real. If one of the arguments is real, then all arguments are converted to real and the result is real; otherwise the result is int
