[FEATURE] Move existing dataset to another workspace

If I add a new user and they need to access some data in a specific workspace, I would like to restrict their visibility to only the necessary information.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want ability to move exsisting dataset to another workspace.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Provide access to each dataset for the user. This is more difficult to implement and requires more logic changes.
