Opt-out authentication for those who uses external auth

We're using oauth2-proxy so in-process authentication is not required. Even argo-cd has many auth integration options, I think it's simple and easy solution when argo-cd provides authentication opt-out when people want to depend on external system like us.

I could not find argo-cd has such options so want to ask about the feasibility.
