ReadyReplicas & observed generations (and others) with the server side apply. What about performance?

Hi,

1. when having server-side apply enable and serversidediff we get plenty of diff caused by autoscaler (probably there are some others. What shall we do in order to avoid this diff?

2. Does the serversidediff cause the performance consequences, eg. longer deployments?
