Allow markdown title and description in KeyValueEditor

Summary

CronWorkflow, WorkflowTemplate, and ClusterWorkflowTemplate allow markdown of titles and descriptions.
Currently, however, markdown is only available for lists, so it would be easier to use if markdown could be applied to detail screens as well.

Use Cases

Workflow descriptions may be longer in case they are used by non-developers.
In this case, if markdown can be used, the range of expression of the description can be expanded and the content can be made more readable.
