Neptune has been audited and is fully compliant with the Starkad and Poseidon paper. It was initially specialized to the BLS12-381 curve, but now also supports the Pasta Curves. The implementation boasts impressive performance, allowing for the construction of 8-ary Merkle trees for 4GiB of input in just 16 seconds on an RTX 2080Ti GPU.
