a) ProcessA add mac address 1111.11111.1111，and processB del mac address 1111.1111.1111.1111，how processA know 1111.11111.1111 is deleted，
b) ProcessA delete mac address 2222.2222.2222，porcessA crush，and processB add mac address 2222.2222.2222，porcessA restart，how to avoid ProcessA aging 2222.2222.2222
