Inform user about claimable DIKO from votes #422

Currently, users have to remember where they voted, when the tokens are claimable and whether they were claimed.

Two solutions:

a UI component could help for closed votes with claimable tokens or
the dao could return non-transferable tokens representing the tokens used for voting
