I wanted to submit a docs PR for this but can't figure out where the docs files are so apologies for adding to your workload 🙈

I am trying to learn about vaults and noticed the writing in the docs is very male focused atm. I thought it might help things feel more welcoming if the wording was tweaked.

An example:

- A Stacks wallet user is able to interact with the Arkadiko protocol to open a Vault. He can then add collateral to his Vault, resulting in an amount of borrowing power based on the value of his collateral in the Vault.
+ A Stacks wallet user is able to interact with the Arkadiko protocol to open a Vault. They can then add collateral to their Vault, resulting in an amount of borrowing power based on the value of their collateral in the Vault.

Thanks @jjenzz - that's a very good point!

Will tell someone from the team to go through the docs to make this more inclusive
