Can I delete duplicates and move all remaining files to one folder?

I have 4 separate drives with a complete mess of pictures and videos, I am trying to move them all to one drive and delete duplicates.

dupeGuru has found all of my pictures so far (about 20gb) scattered among my 4 drives. I want to move all original pictures to 1 drive and delete the duplicates. Is this possible?

For reference, one drive is my Windows C drive, one is being dedicated to store my media (mostly empty) and the other two are copy-paste messes of my C drive and each other as well as uploads from my phone.

EDIT:
I have since done a search prioritizing which drive to keep original files first, and am now able to search through them relatively easily..
