I am in the middle of a big clean-up and have 20 or so selected folders across 7 or 8 drives... (!)
Now I'd like to de-dupe some other folders unrelated to the original job but I'd like to get back to the original big clean-up later on.
(How) can I save the big set of selected folders so I can get back to them without having to re- select them?
Is it related to the 2 xml files in %APPDATA% ?

Unfortunately "Save Results" does not save the folders used to get to the results (AFAICT)

I have 20 or more selected folders - with various excludes and references set in the hierarchy...
My hunch is this info is held in %APPDATA% but I'm not sure how to use the files there (if it is at all possible)
\AppData\Local\Hardcoded Software :
last_directories.xml
ignore_list.xml

etc.

So you want so save the set of directories to be scanned for later reusing the same set?
Right now what you could do is make a copy of last_directories.xml which holds the currently displayed directories to be scanned in the directories dialog, and overwrite this file with your copy at a later point after you have modified it.

This could be a feature worth implementing.
