artdaq provides several custom plugin types, and it would be nice to be able to print their descriptions using art --print-description (for example) generator:ToySimulator.

Kyle thinks that this is achievable by relaxing the restrictions put in place in PluginSuffixes.

I'd be interested to see if this is still relevant given the changes to the BasicPlugin infrastructure that have occurred recently in cetmodules v2.
