What happened?

During document changes and page refactoring, there may be file path changes, which can produce outdated links with a 404 error at the end. We need a validation plugin for Vite to check that all links with "href" attribute point to real build files. There are two tasks:

  • Validate links and file paths
  • (Optional) Validate hash part of links to headings on pages
