Instalation documentation missing style sheet import #87

In the instalation section in docs is missing the style sheet import.

The import is:
import 'vue-snotify/styles/_theme_.css'

Also it would be nice to clarify that to reference snotify from a component sould be with this.$snotify and not with vm.$snotify

It is a bit hidden, but it is there: Available style themes

There is a link to this page near the bottom of the navigation and also at the bottom of the installation page.
