Add support for monorepos

I'm, working on a project with a monorepo. Stashes only show the repos in root folders. Can you also look for repos in sub folders?

Hi @sbungert-mms There's a setting Advanced: Repository Search Depth. When configured value is positive it will indicate how many subdirectories inspect to search for repos, if value is negative it will indicate how many parent directories inspect to search for a repository. Setting was broken for a while but fixed now. Did you tried it?
