Widget is still draggable after setting draggable property as false

I am using Angular 6 and below is my configuration for widgetContainer and widgetConfig.

draggable: true,
resizable: false,
margins: [0, 0],

row_height: 1,
fix_to_grid: true,
maintain_ratio: false,

min_height: 5,
min_width: 5
};

public widgetConfig: INgWidgetConfig = {
draggable: true,
resizable: false,
sizex: 32,
sizey: 32,
row: 1,
col: 1,
minCols: 1,
minRows: 1,
fixed: true
};`

when i set the 'draggable' property to false of widgetConfig, its still draggable.
