This is somewhat related to issue #49, but specifically about going up and down with the arrow keys, causing the view to scroll in unexpected ways. In particular, what seems to happen is that going to an open section header causes the view to be readjusted/scrolled. I find this very unintuitive and frustrating to use. Here is an example of me going first down with the arrow keys, then up, and then down again:

This is scm-record 0.3.0, but reading the changelog for 0.4.0 I don't see any changes related to this.

It was intentional behavior because I constantly have to scroll the entire section into view to look at it, but we could reevaluate/figure out a different way to accomplish that workflow.
