K3 Shutter Speed Issue - Firmware 1.40 #51
Comments
As far as I remember this should work. Things usually work better in the command line version, so I would check that first. Can you send me the output of the following command:
|
There's something wrong here- pktriggercord-cli: unknown option -- statux_hex Running as Administrator, Windows 8.1, pkTriggerCord 0.85.00 |
Just spotted the typo.... C:\Program Files (x86)\pktriggercord-0.85.00-win>pktriggercord-cli --status_hex -debug current iso : 200 |
Did that help at all? |
I added a workaround for the camera max shutter speed field, but it will not really help. One thing I remembered: some of the newer models prefer if you first turn on the camera and connect to the PC only after that. Could you please try that. And please use |
I have the same problem on a K-3(-I) with firmare 1.40. |
I also have a Pentax K-3 with frimware 1.40. |
Hello. |
I'm trying PKtriggercord for the first time with my K3 and running into an issue where the shutter speed can't be set.
Have tried setting different modes on the camera top dial, as well as the GUI and Command Line interface, on Windows 8.1
Camera firmware is the latest, 1.40 - Note this is not a K3-II camera.
GUI always reports the following:
current shutter speed : 0/0
camera max shutter speed : 0/0
GUI also reports the following with my camera that may be an issue too?
af point select : Unknown value: 6
drive mode : Unknown value: 8
Any help appreciated, thanks.
