Provide PIP Installation support for ascii-hydra so that a user can do something like following to install everything required to run ascii-hydra

pip install dagster dagster-webserver pyspark ascii-hydra

same than #8 , you should be able to use it running pixi install but there is a bug

You do not even eed to run pixi install - a pixi run mytask will bootstrap everything for you smoothly.
