Automatically add imagesoutdir to keep files

To save the trouble of the user having to add the imagesoutdir path to keep_files when using Asciidoctor Diagram, add this entry automatically. To start, only add it in the case that the imagesoutdir is computed.

The imagesoutdir must be added to keep_files to prevent Jekyll from removing generated images from the site folder.
