Test Jekyll::AsciiDoc read error should not fail when file cannot be read actually fails #228

The mentioned test produces non-empty output in some cases. I can reproduce this locally in my enviromment (DE.UTF-8 locale). Sometimes the test also succeeds. I have not yet found the reason and I hope you can explain a bit more what to look for.

Here is a case where we variate the build environment and the test fails:
