Make use of (hypothetical) multi-line page attributes for conversion to yaml-parsed page variables

Part of #158 was a desire to write multi-line yaml as an AsciiDoc header attribute. This requires upstream support, since multi-line attributes don't exist yet in AsciiDoc. If it's plausible to implement them, we can make use of them for this purpose.
