unable to pull out json payload through ArmClient for grafana

When setting up Grafana dashboard templates for Microsoft Azure as directed in https://github.com/asheniam/azure-grafana-dashboard-templates
the following command:
armclient --config.file=sample-azure.yml grafana --title=production --datasource=AzureMonitorDataSource --resourcetype=microsoft.storage/storageaccounts

throughs an error saying --config.file, --title, --datasource are not the correct parameters.

Please run with -debug and paste the output.

I get the same error - even with the -debug switch:
Parameter '--config.file=sample-azure.yml' is invalid!
