AppVoyer & Travis show errors in "React to OnStarting rename" PR

Why AppVoyer & Travis dump 2 error which come from this commit 086b53d, I tried to build it in my end, but the same errors show up, seems doesn't recognize the new method, it shows "OnResponseStarting".
Are we missing a reference or the reference is not updated yet?!!

Tons of things changed recently with the modifications introduced in aspnet/Security and aspnet/HttpAbstractions by @HaoK. Sadly, the CI server is currently blocked and the packages including these changes are not on MyGet yet, which explains why you're seeing this kind of errors.

In the meantime, you can use the volatile repository: https://www.myget.org/F/aspnetvolatile/
