[BUG] ui-money-mask return empty string when clear input instead of NULL

Hi,

Using a input type number default and when we clear the value, this return a NULL. This is the default behavior in HTML.
But money mask use a input type tell or text and when we clear value, this return a empty string.

I consider this a bug because is not the expected behavior.
